The Gardenist view of Cotinus Grace

Michael McCoy host of ABC Dream Gardens has an excellent website, The Gardenist, full of unabashed passion for plants, gardens and the importance of good design. But it is his passion for plants we love the most, and his enthusiam to share his knowledge and experience and that of fellow gardeners to encourage discussion and debate. As Michael has said of his forum, "I want passionate, considered, discerning (and maybe some purely prejudiced) opinions!".

Michael wrote a piece for his "Plant of the week" series featuring Cotinus 'Grace'.  Beautifully written with some stunning photography we thought it would be great to share his love (and frustration at times) of this beauty and sometimes beast of a plant.
