We continue to grow (like our plants!) and have an exciting opportunity to join our Production Team in a leadership role. Get hands-on in the nursery, selecting stunning plants for propagation, taking cuttings, performing division, grafting and budding with care. You’ll be supporting our experienced Prop Manager in developing and maintaining our propagation stock, managing climatic conditions in igloos and leading a vibrant plant loving team.

This role requires.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• A passion for plants with strong plant identification skills.
• Minimum three years working in propagation.
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• A desire to learn.
• Driver’s licence.
• Reliability.

Ideally you have:

• Cert III Horticulture or equivalent Nursery experience.
