Camellia sasanqua 'Edna Butler'
A very vigorous, strong upright grower with large semi-double soft pink flowers.
Cultural
Sasanquas love to grow in a warm, partly shaded position. Prune after flowering and in Summer to maintain a compact shape. Once established sasanquas will grow in most soil types, however, they prefer a well drained slightly acidic soil. Once established they are quite drought tolerant. Fertilise in late Spring and Summer with a specific Camellia fertiliser or a complete organic fertiliser.
Landscape Uses
Ideal for screens, hedges, large containers, espaliers, topiary and as general flowering garden plants. The perfect plant for nearly all garden styles.
