Citrus x meyeri 'Lemonicious' pbr
This is the compact lemon that garden designers have been screaming for! With many gardens now reduced in size ‘Lemonicious’ (dwarf 'Meyer') is perfect for small courtyards and balconies where people want a fruiting Lemon. ‘Lemonicious’ produces tasty, juicy yellow fruit and clusters of small, scented white flowers.
Cultural
Easy to grow and maintain, this plant grows best in well-drained soils in a sunny position. It is frost, humidity and coastal tolerant. If growing in pot, fertilise using small amounts of citrus food, pelletised manure or slow release fertiliser on a regular basis. If growing in ground, a biannual application of citrus fertiliser, in early autumn and spring, is sufficient.
Landscape Uses
A great choice for edible or Mediterranean style gardens. Grows extremely well in containers or in ground and is perfect for any courtyard or balcony garden. ‘Lemonicious’ look fantastic and combines well with our new compact Olea ‘Garden Harvest’ pbr and Laurus ‘Baby Bay’ pbr.
