Camellia sasanqua 'Yuletide'
With its dense, deep green leaves smothered in bright red flowers, with prominent golden stamens, Yuletide brings joy to the garden in our cooler months. It is an early and long flowering variety that will fit into any garden.
Cultural
Sasanquas love to grow in a sunny to partly shaded position. Prune after flowering and in Summer to maintain a compact shape. Once established sasanquas will grow in most soil types, however, they prefer a well drained slightly acidic soil. Once established they are quite drought tolerant. Fertilise in late Spring and Summer with a specific Camellia fertiliser or a complete organic fertiliser.

Ideal for screens, hedges, large containers, espaliers, topiary and as general flowering garden plants. The perfect plant for nearly all garden styles.
