A compact, multi-stemmed tree that produces vibrant magenta flowers on bare stems in early spring, before its green, heart-shaped leaves appear. In autumn the foliage develops golden tones before falling to reveal the beautiful, brown-grey stems.

'Faerie Queen‘ can tolerate shade but will flower more prolifically in sunnier positions. Protect from harsh afternoon sun in warmer climates. Frost tolerant once established
