Acmena smithii 'Green Screen'
A dense, fast-growing Australian native shrub, ‘Green Screen‘ features lush mid-green foliage complemented by attractive flushes of bronze to reddish new growth. This psyllid-resistant cultivar has a naturally upright, narrow habit making it perfect for tight spaces while maintaining a formal appearance. It produces small white flowers in summer, followed by decorative purple berries.

Acmena are rarely troubled by pest and disease and are psyllid resistant.

Tolerates any well-drained soil.

Full sun to part shade.
Maintenance:
Prune as required to maintain shape and desired size. To avoid fruit, prune when flowering or directly afterwards. Apply a native fertiliser in spring to promote healthy growth.
Water Requirements:
Drought tolerant once established. Will benefit from occasional, deep watering during extended dry periods.
