Best planted in a position protected from wind. Shady positions will result in fewer flowers. Generally free from pest and disease.

Tolerates any well-drained soil, suitable for poor soil.

Full sun to part shade.
Maintenance:
Prune hard in early spring to maintain shape and encourage good growth. Will benefit from an annual application of compost. Pot specimens should be fed annually with a slow release fertiliser.
Water Requirements:
Drought tolerant once established but will benefit from supplementary watering.

Summer to autumn flowering.
