A dense, upright Australian native shrub known for its striking golden-yellow new growth that matures to glossy green foliage. In summer, it produces clusters of small, creamy-white flowers followed by bright red berries, adding seasonal interest and attracting birds.

Cultural

Thrives in full sun to part shade and prefers well-drained, moist soil. It is drought-tolerant once established and responds well to regular pruning to maintain its dense, compact shape. This cultivar is hardy and adaptable to various soil types and urban conditions. For best results, apply a slow-release fertiliser in spring to encourage healthy growth and vibrant foliage.

Landscape Uses

A great choice for a fast-growing screen, with glossy green foliage that provides an excellent backdrop for other plants. Its upright, dense shape and narrow width make it ideal for tight spaces, and it can be trained as a standard or shaped into topiary.
