Cephalotaxus harringtonia Fastigiata
An coniferous evergreen shrub with vertical branches. Its pointed leaves spiral around the stems, creating a lovely textural effect. New growth is a lime green which creates a beautiful contrast to the deep-green of its mature leaves.

Maintenance:
Light pruning can be undertaken any time of year. Heavy or restorative pruning should be undertaken in late winter or early spring. Not heavy feeders but a general fertiliser can be applied in spring if the plant lacks vigour.
Water Requirements:
Moderately drought tolerant once established but will benefit from supplementary watering.
Seasonal Interest:
Year round foliage interest.
