Trachelospermum asiaticum
An evergreen groundcover, or twining climber, with small glossy dark green leaves. Small, star-shaped, cream flowers that appear from late spring to summer, releasing a sweet, jasmine-like fragrance. The flowers are five-petaled and delicate, contrasting beautifully against the lush foliage.
Cultural
Performs best in a position sheltered from cold winds and harsh afternoon sun in warmer climates. Moderately frost tolerant once established.

Tolerates any well-drained soil.

Full sun to part shade.
Maintenance:
Prune in early spring. Apply a general fertiliser in spring if plants lack vigour. Will benefit from an annual application of compost and mulch.
Water Requirements:
Will tolerate dry periods once established but performs better with adequate moisture.

Makes a very effective groundcover and will grow around and under trees. An ideal plant for covering walls and fences.
