Deutzia gracilis
Commonly known as Slender Deutzia, Deutzia gracilis is a compact, deciduous shrub prized for its fine texture and profusion of delicate white flowers in spring. Masses of small, star-shaped blooms appear along arching stems in mid to late spring, creating a soft, cloud-like display that contrasts beautifully with its light to mid-green foliage. The narrow, lance-shaped leaves form a dense, neat mound, maintaining an attractive structure throughout the growing season before turning soft yellow tones in autumn and falling in winter.
